Betty Jean Ware Toole

Graveside funeral services for Betty Jean Ware Toole, 80, of Whigham, GA, are at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 27, 2016, at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Climax, GA. Rev. Jerry Robertson and Rev. Scott Lord will officiate. Mrs. Toole passed away at Select Specialty Hospital in Tallahassee, FL, on Tuesday night, November 22, 2016.

Mrs. Toole was born on January 14, 1936, in Quincy, FL, to the late Lloyd Knight Ware and Ruby Irene Butler Ware. On July 3, 1959, she married Tony Lamar Toole, who survives. She was the secretary at Maranatha Baptist Church in Climax, GA. She was a devoted member of her Senior Ladies Sunday School Class at Whigham Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her husband of 57 years, Tony Lamar Toole of Whigham, GA; son, Gregory L. Toole (Karen) of Climax, GA; daughter, Amy R. Lewis (Kelley) of Tallahassee, FL; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Toole of Atlanta, GA, Rebecca Toole of Climax, GA, Grace Lewis, Anna Lewis, both of Tallahassee, FL; and an aunt, Barbara Tharpe of Quincy, FL. She was preceded in death by her parents.
