Memorial services for Minyon G. Miller, 90, of Cairo, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 23, 2017, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Brian Hatchett and Rev. Andrew Donaldson will officiate. Services will conclude at the chapel. Mrs. Miller passed away at her son’s residence in Donalsonville, GA, on Thursday, October 19, 2017.

Mrs. Miller was born on June 6, 1927, in Cairo, GA, to the late Eugene Dock Gordy and L. D. S. “Cindy” Nazworth Gordy. On May 11, 1946, she married Raymond Miller, who preceded her in death on November 21, 1985. She worked for the Grady County Board of Education in the Cairo High School Lunchroom. She was a member of Eastside Baptist Church, Cairo, GA.

Survivors include: son, Randy Miller (Debra) of Lake Seminole, GA; and grandchildren, Mason Miller of Atlanta, GA, Austin Miller of Whigham, GA, Nicky Miller of Columbus, GA.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; sons, James Warren Miller, Michael Gordy Miller; and a brother, Herschel Gordy.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home following the memorial service.
