Funeral services for Glenda Kay Woodfin Griffin, 68, of Cairo, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 8, 2018, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Brandon Wilson and Rev. Ron McCaskill will officiate. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Griffin passed away at her home in Grady County, GA, on Thursday, April 5, 2018.

Active pallbearers will be her grandson, Mark Griffin, Brandon Wilson, Aaron Wilson, Dustyn Jones, Jerry Griffin and Ethan Griffin.

Mrs. Griffin was born on March 1, 1950, in Thomasville, GA, to the late Silvie Moses Woodfin and Julia Horne Woodfin. On November 1, 1967, she married, Frank Junior Griffin, who preceded her in death on October 12, 2013. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: sons, Jerry Griffin, Tim Griffin, both of Cairo, GA; daughters, Joe Ann Griffin of Cairo, GA, Tammy Griffin of Meigs, GA; grandchildren, Mark Griffin, Jerry Griffin, Tony Griffin, Ethan Griffin, and Joshua Griffin, all of Cairo, GA, Brandon Wilson of Ochlocknee, GA, Aaron Wilson of Cairo, GA, Joseph Wilson of Ochlocknee, GA, Dustyn Jones of Meigs, GA; great-grandchildren, Sofie Griffin, Stella Griffin, both of Thomasville, GA, Ava Wilson of Cairo, GA, Lucas Senseney of PA; sisters, Mary Ann Sculley of Web, AL, Elaine Bentley of Trenton, FL; brother, Herman Woodfin of Thomasville, GA; host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; and several brothers and sisters.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home immediately following the funeral service.
