Funeral services for Carolyn Mills Arline, 83, of Whigham, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Mount Vernon Baptist Church, Whigham, GA. Rev. James Knight and Rev. Jim Weaver will officiate. Interment will be in Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Pelham, GA. Mrs. Arline passed away at Camellia Gardens of Life Care in Thomasville, GA, on Saturday, April 7, 2018.
Active pallbearers will be Quinton Arline, Tyler Arline, Chris Godwin, Bert Godwin, Dustin Harrell and Tim Mills.
Mrs. Arline was born on March 29, 1935, in Whigham, GA, to the late John Quinton Mills and Florine Harrell Mills. On April 10, 1956, she married Hollis David Arline, who preceded her in death on February 23, 2009. They were married for 52 years. She was a homemaker and a devoted member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church.
Survivors include: daughter, Debbie Arline Baird of Whigham, GA; son, Greg Arline (Lynn) of Whigham, GA; grandchildren, Quinton Arline (Sarah Margaret) of Whigham, GA, Tyler Arline of Whigham, GA, Ellie Arline of Whigham, GA, Chris Godwin (Lauren) of Pelham, GA, Shane Baird of Whigham, GA; great-grandchildren, Brownyn Godwin, Blakely Godwin, Brexton Godwin, all of Pelham, GA, Cassidy Baird of Cairo, GA; brothers, Willard Mills (Doris) of Gainesville, GA, Jack Mills (Susan) of Donalsonville, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; brother, Hubert Mills; and a sister, Dorothy Dean.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Monday, April 9, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
