Debra Ann Welch

Debra Ann Welch, 66, of Cairo, GA, passed away at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, on Sunday, January 20, 2019. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Welch was born on June 7, 1952, in Anchorage, AK, to the late Ronald Perkins and Jeannette Miller Teate. She was married to Frank G. “Sonny” Welch, who preceded her in death. She was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include: her brothers, Craig Perkins of Cairo, GA, Ronald Perkins, Jr. of Cuba, MO, Lee Perkins of Cairo, GA; a sister, Kim Pearson of Cairo, GA; aunt, Grace Miller of Carrolton, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
