Betty Rachel Hurst, 45, of Cairo, GA, passed away at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, on December 12, 2020.  No services are planned at this time.

Ms. Hurst was born on February 11, 1975, in Thomasville, GA, to the late Tim Young and Betty Sadler Young.  She was a home maker.

Survivors include: son, Shane Holmes of DeFuniak Springs, FL; daughters, Tia Miller (Chris) of Thomasville, GA, Chassidy Holmes of Bainbridge, GA, Rebecca Holmes of Warner Robins, GA; 8 grandchildren; brothers, Jimmy Palmer, Johnny Young, both of Cairo, GA; sisters, Sabrina Cowart, Carol Hopkins, Sherry Hurst, Niki Hurst, all of Cairo GA; her companion, Scott Monk of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; and brothers, Terry Hurst, Donald Wimer.
