Phillip Kevin Martin
June 3, 1959 – February 9, 2022

Phillip Kevin Martin, 62, of Cairo, GA, passed away at his home on February 9, 2022.  He enjoyed fishing and operating heavy equipment.  He loved the mountains and spending time with his family.  As a younger adult he enjoyed drag racing.

Mr. Martin was born on June 3, 1959, in Bradenton, FL, to the late Jack C. Martin and Clara Sellars Martin, who survives.  He was a plantation manager.

Survivors include: his daughter, Amanda Sheffield (Dusty) of Ochlocknee, GA; his son, Benjamin Martin of Ochlocknee, GA; grandchildren, Daniel Todd Sheffield and Eli Sheffield, both of Ochlocknee, GA; his mother, Clara Sellars Martin of Cairo, GA; sister, Becky Cycotte (Neal) of Myakka, FL; brother, Joel Martin (Roxanne) of Tallahassee, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack C. Martin.
