Cynthia Nowell “Cindy” Estabrook
August 19, 1954 – March 25, 2022

Funeral services for Cynthia Nowell “Cindy” Estabrook, 67, of Cairo, GA, are at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 2, 2022, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Mike Nichols will officiate.  Services will conclude at the chapel.  Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Mrs. Estabrook passed away at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, on Friday, March 25, 2022.

Active pallbearers will be Daniel Knight, Nicolas Nowell, Blake Nowell, Grant Rogers, Bill Hester and Joey Hester.

Mrs. Estabrook was born on August 19, 1954, in Cairo, GA, to the late William S. “Billy” Nowell and Hazel Barrett Nowell.  She was married to Scott Eric Estabrook, who preceded her in death on February 22, 2020.  She was a medical accounts receivable specialist with Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, FL.  Cindy traveled and lived in many places. She loved to be at the ocean.  More than anything else, Cindy loved her family.

Survivors include: her children, Andy Smith (Dawn-Marie) of New Hampshire, Stacie Wood (Kristopher) of New Hampshire; grandchildren, Brenden Wood, Ryan Wood, Jodie Wood, Alexus Lansdown, Daniella Lansdown, and William Smith all from New Hampshire; brothers, Robert Nowell (Geneva) of Cairo, Christopher Nowell (Tammy) Nowell of Cairo; sisters, Kay Cooke of Pelham, Linda Knight (Chip) Knight of Virginia; aunts, Gloria Ponder (Frank) of Cairo, Betty Hester (Billy) of Cairo; and a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, April 2, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
