Linzy Allen Meadows, Sr.
August 22, 1960 – October 6, 2022

Graveside funeral services for Linzy Allen Meadows, Sr., 62, of Ochlocknee, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in Pine Forest Baptist Church Cemetery, Ochlocknee, GA.  Rev. Gordon Cloud will officiate.  Mr. Meadows passed away at his home on Thursday, October 6, 2022.

Mr. Meadows was born on August 22, 1960, in Pelham, GA, to the late William Vernon Meadows, Sr. and Letha Mae Craig Meadows.  Until his retirement, he was a trucker employed with Broadleaf Trucking Company in Moultrie, GA.  He was a natural born talented welder.  He was a member of Pine Forest Baptist Church.

Survivors include: his son, Linzy Meadows, Jr. (Terry) of Ochlocknee, GA; grandchildren, Haylee Meadows of Coleman, FL, Lilly Meadows of Ochlocknee, GA; brothers and sisters, Gary Meadows of Ochlocknee, GA, John Meadows (Annette) of Hazen, AR, Sheila Harrison (Dixon) of Whigham, GA, Shirley Carlton (Donnie) of Bainbridge, GA, Sharon Meadows of Washington State, Sue Kirkman (Kevin) of Gilbert, AZ, Randall Meadows (Debby) of  Ochlocknee, GA, Keith Meadows (Sandra) of Ochlocknee, GA; sister-in-law, Jeannie Meadows, Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; grandson, Christopher Meadows; and a brother, Vernon Meadows, Jr.
