Ronnie Glynn Mills

Memorial services for Ronnie Glynn Mills, 68, of Cairo, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 13, 2023, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.  Pastor Johnny H. Moore will officiate.  Mr. Mills passed away at his home on Friday, March 10, 2023.

Mr. Mills was born on July 25, 1954, in Cairo, GA, to the late Emory Mills and Margaret Thompson Mills.  On November 12, 1994, he married Ruby Kirk Mills, who survives.  They have been married over 28 years.  Before retirement, he worked with CMI in technical systems.  Ronnie was a welder, electrician and a jack of all trades.  He was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include: his wife, Ruby Mills of Cairo, GA; children, Jason Mills (Jodi) of Perry, FL, Melissa Mills of Tucson, AZ, Jim Hawthorne (Dana) of Whigham, GA, Dixie Mote (Levi Sutton) of Whigham, GA; grandchildren, Cody Hawthorne (Alana), Gavin Hawthorne (Erika Wynne), Bryson Mills, Karson Mote, Georgia Mote, Hudson Mills, Syrus Hawthorne, Madelyn Hawthorne, EmmaJane Hawthorne; great-grandchild, Aspen Hawthorne; brothers and sisters, Faye Braswell (Buddy) of Bainbridge, GA, Ophelia Moye (Cecil) of Cairo, GA, Peggy Parramore of Quincy, FL, Kathy Lee (Russ Evans) of Tallahassee, FL, Lavon Mills (Teressa Davis) of Cairo, GA, Dexter Mills of Quincy, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
