Robert Harvey Lawrence

Robert Harvey Lawrence, 79, of Cairo, GA, passed away at Wight Inpatient Hospice Center at Archbold in Thomasville, GA, on Saturday, October 14, 2023.  The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.

Mr. Lawrence was born on March 13, 1944, in Cairo, GA, to the late Ralph Harvey Lawrence and Florence Tatum Lawrence.  He retired after working in the junkyard and salvage business.  He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: his sister, Jackie Collins of Cairo, GA; his brother, Hubert M. Lawrence of Murphy, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Margaret Rose Lawrence.
