Frances Delores “Dee” Partlow
August 18, 1941 – March 8, 2024

Funeral services for Frances Delores “Dee” Partlow, 82, of Cairo, GA, are at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2023, at The Bridge Community Church, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Steve Singletary will officiate.  Entombment will be at Palms Memorial Park, Sarasota, FL .  Mrs. Partlow passed away at Grady General Hospital, Cairo, GA, on Friday, March 8, 2024.

Active pallbearers will be Dylan Frizzell, Justin Harrison, Wyatt Morse, Mike Frizzell, Charles Rhea and Gary Harrison.

Mrs. Partlow was born on August 18, 1941, in Climax, GA, to the late Roy Condon Harrison and the late Ruby Clyde Phillips Harrison.  She was married to John Wesley McCutcheon who preceded her in death.

She was the former owner of Majestic Heating and Air and was a member of the Bridge Community Church.

Survivors include:  her life partner of 16 years, Perry Hopkins of Cairo, GA and Sarasota, FL; son, John Allen Phillips (Debbie) of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Renee Frizzell of Sarasota, FL; grandchildren, Jessica Judd (Charles Rhea) of Texas, Dylan Frizzell (Mikayla) of Sarasota, FL, Aaron Phillips (Colleen) of Atlanta, GA, Alex Phillips (Casey) of Atlanta, GA; great-grandchildren, Tyler Fogelson, Sierra Fogelson, Wyatt Morse, Carsen Frizzell, Kinsley Frizzell; great-great-grandchildren, Roper Wayne Lindsey, Aiden Phillips, Anderson Phillips, Ashton Phillips; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; great-grandson, Garrett Fogelson; and siblings, Buck Harrison, Jenell Halstead, Gary Harrison, Monnie Yvonne Iler.

The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service.
