Michael Scott Eubanks

Funeral services for Michael Scott Eubanks, 47, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Rod Brinkley will officiate.  Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Mr. Eubanks passed away at his home on Friday, March 22, 2024.

Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Edelen, Mickey Williams, Coluer Cooper, Lee Green, Matt Betts and Weschler Edelen.

Mr. Eubanks was born on October 8, 1976, in Thomasville, GA, to Freddie B. Eubanks, Jr. and Beth Hurst Head, who survives.  On September 19, 2009, he married Candice Cooper Eubanks, who survives.  He was the store operations manager for South Georgia Tractor.  He was of Presbyterian faith.

Survivors include: his wife, Candice Eubanks of Cairo, GA; children, Bretton West Eubanks of Cairo, GA, Thornton Bray Eubanks of Thomasville, GA; father, Freddie Eubanks of Thomasville, GA; mother, Beth Head (Kenny) of Rome, GA; brother, Ashley Eubanks (Pati) of Ochlocknee, GA; step-sister, Kathryn Claytor (Josh) of Dallas, GA; father-in-law, Durie Cooper of Cairo, GA; sister-in-law, Wendy Cooper of Cairo, GA; uncle and best friends, Larry Edelen of Thomasville, GA, Mickey Williams of Cairo, GA; aunt, Kay Edelen of Thomasville, GA; nieces and nephews, Coleen Myers (Morgan) of Ochlocknee, GA, Coluer Cooper (Morgan) of Cairo, GA, Collis Cooper of Cairo, GA, Meghan Cooper of Cairo, GA, Caylee Norton of Cairo GA; and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his grandparents; his brother, Eli Eubanks; and his mother-in-law, Donna Cooper.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
