Dr. Arlie Dewey Phelps, Jr., 88, of Cairo, GA, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 16, 2024.  A celebration of life service and a complete obituary will be announced at a later date.  The family will be taking time for respite in the coming days.
