Funeral services for Mickey Randolph Green, 76, of Whigham, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, October 20, 2024, at Providence Baptist Church, Whigham, GA. Rev. Kerry Dinkins will officiate. Interment will be in Providence Community Cemetery. Mr. Green passed away at First Commerce Center for Compassionate Care, Tallahassee, FL, on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.

Active pallbearers will be Shawn Faircloth, Gatlin Herrington, Tanner Herrington, Stacey Faircloth, Trey Kimmel, and Kolby Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Aaron Mann, Dwight Patton, Kenny Weston, Joel Singletary, Dickie Thomas, Josh Hernandez and Tadarius Green.

Mr. Green was born on June 10, 1948, in Cairo, GA, to the late Herbert Greene and Josephine Kinney Greene. He married Kathy Lee Green in March 1970, who survives. After honorably serving in the US Army, he worked in the logging industry. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Lee Green of Whigham, GA; sons, Nick Green (Lisa) of Climax, GA and P.J. Green (Christy) of Whigham, GA; daughter, Leah Green Trim of Richland, MI; grandchildren, Samantha Trim Carter (Marshall) of LaFayette, IN, Lane Trim of Richland, MI, Josephine Trim of Richland, MI, Emilee Green of Whigham, GA, Joni Green of Whigham, GA and Dawson Green of Climax, GA; siblings, Rodney Faircloth (Diane) of Cairo, GA, Jimmy Green (Karen) of Reno, GA, Brenda Herrington (Dennis) of Valdosta, GA, Stanley Greene (Lisa) of Valdosta, GA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; stepmother, Mary Godwin Green; brothers, Lanny Green and Dennis Green.; sister-in-law, Kathy Green; and granddaughter, Makayla Green.
