Funeral services for Martha Jeanette Clark, 83, of Cairo, GA, are at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 27, 2015, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Chad Cooper and Ginger Clark will officiate. Services will conclude at the chapel. Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Clark passed away at Camellia Gardens of Life Care, Thomasville, GA, on Tuesday, November 24, 2015.

Mrs. Clark was born on February 25, 1932, in Cairo, GA, to the late Wesley Jack Griner and Mattie Anderson Griner. On February 25, 1949, she married Johnnie Lee Clark, who preceded her in death on August 25, 2007. She worked with Warners in Thomasville and the Torrington Company in Cairo. She was co-owner of Hazel and Jeanette’s Florist in Cairo. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Whigham, GA.

Survivors include: daughters, Ginger Clark of Belleair Bluffs, FL, Betty Sue Clark of Cairo, GA, Paula Da Silva of Belleair Bluffs, FL; son, Dennis Clark (Connie) of Whigham, GA,; and, grandchildren, Steve Clark (Karyn) of Cairo, GA, Angie Clark of Cairo, GA, Cori Griffin (Bo) of Whigham, GA, Cali Bradley (Junior) of Cairo, GA; great-grandchildren, Glenn Williamson of Cairo, GA, Kayla Clark of Cairo, GA, Claire Clark of Cairo, GA, Coy Clark of Cairo, GA, Anna Lee Parks of Whigham, GA; great-great-grandchildren, Aiden Dangler, Dallas Dangler, both of Cairo, GA; and sisters-in-law, Clara Mae Griner of Cairo, GA, Maurice Clark of Jacksonville, FL.

She was preceded in death by: parents; husband; and brothers, Jack Griner, Guinn Griner.

The family will receive friends immediately following the funeral service at Clark Funeral Home.
