Cathy Ann “Grammy” Bowick, 65, of Cairo, GA, passed away at her home on Monday, April 14, 2025. No services are planned at this time.

Ms. Bowick was born on January 20, 1960, in Patterson, NJ, to the late Joseph F. Spataro and Carolyn Saunders Spataro. She retired as a receptionist in a dental practice.

Survivors include: son, Shawn Bowick (Shali) of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Nevaeh Bowick, Ryder Bowick, Chance Bowick, Journei Bowick, Chloe Jenkins, all of Cairo, GA, Abriana Fraser of Tallahassee, FL; brother, Joseph Spataro (Susi Que); niece Carina Spataro; best friend, Snooky Vinson of Stewart, FL; and lifelong friends, “Pops” Shawn and Shawna.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
