Angela Kaye Clark
October 21, 1976 – January 19, 2024
Angie, as she was known to her family and friends, was born in Cairo, GA, on October 21, 1976, to the late Kater Freeman “Sonny” Clark and Betty Sue Clark. Angie resided in Grady County until 2019, when she and her son, Cody Clark (Stacey Glenn Williamson) moved to Jeffersonville, Kentucky.
Angie was an animal lover and an avid Horsewoman. She enjoyed barrel racing, and through her diligent efforts, made it to state barrel racing competitions in Perry, Georgia, for several years and received many awards. Angie was always concerned that when she sold an animal, it went to a good home where it would be cared for. Angie was president of the Grady County Saddle Club for several years.
Angie was a Registered Nurse and enjoyed caring for people as well up until an injury that complicated her mobility. She then opened an Equine Tack Shop with her son, selling anything related to Equine. Her son died as a result of a motor vehicle accident in July of 2023. Angie passed away at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, from complications with the Flu. She had a heart of Gold
