Annie Ring Jarvis Wilson
March 29, 1941 – May 3, 2022

Funeral services for Annie Ring Jarvis Wilson, 81, of Thomasville, GA, are at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.  Pastor Johnny H. Moore will officiate.  Interment will be in Oakhill Cemetery, Quitman, GA.  Ms. Wilson passed away at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

Ms. Wilson was born on March 29, 1941, in Boston, GA, to the late Hubert Branson Ring and Annie Belle Smith Ring.  She was married to Raymond Leroy Jarvis, Sr., who preceded her in death of June 12, 2007.  Before her retirement, she was a seamstress and was employed at Weeks Textiles in Quitman, GA.

Survivors include: son, Rodney Jarvis of Eufaula, AL; many grandchildren; brother, F. C. Ring (Ann) of Thomasville, GA; two sisters, Emily Carran of Ellijay, GA, June Harris of Thomasville, GA; sister-in-law, Dorothy Ann Baker of Cairo, GA; nephews, Joseph Baker of Cairo, GA, Keith Carson Baker of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Leroy “Hotshot” Jarvis; son, Raymond Leroy Jarvis, Jr.; and grandchild, Carley Jarvis.

Memorials may be made in Ms. Wilson’s memory by making a tribute gift to the Alzheimer’s Association for their continued research for a cure of Alzheimer’s Disease (www.alz.org).

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Saturday, May 7, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
