Betty Andrews Yarborough

Graveside funeral services for Betty Ruth Andrews Yarborough, 87, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 30, 2022, in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Eric Mitchell will officiate.  Mrs. Yarborough passed away at her home on Sunday, March 27, 2022.

Mrs. Yarborough was born on March 14, 1935, in Cairo, GA, to the late William O. Andrews and Bessie Lucille Thomas. On September 2, 1955, she married Ira Bradwell Yarborough, Jr., who preceded her in death on October 3, 2014.  She was a retired homemaker.  Betty was a member of Midway Baptist Church in Cairo, GA.

Survivors include: sons, Mark Lane Yarborough (Anita) of Jacksonville, FL, Brian Keith Yarborough (Tammy) of Jacksonville, FL; daughter, Nancy E. Yarborough of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Eric Lane Yarborough (Julie) of Jacksonville, FL, Ashley Freeman (Andrew) of Green Cove Springs, FL, Heather Kobulis (Armin) of Tampa, FL; great-grandchildren, Hunter Reynolds, Joey Freeman, Ayla Freeman, Garrin Kdoulis, Eliana Kobulis, Zenya Kobulis, Riley Yarborough, Riley Yarborough, Wyatt Yarborough; brother, Henry Andrews of Cairo, GA, Steven Andrews of Daytona, FL; sister, Henrietta Bond (Roger) of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; son, Kenneth Yarborough; brother, J.C. Andrews; and sisters, Bonnie Waters, Philistine Williams, Lillian Smith.
