Funeral services for Darrell Leon Harrell, 63, of Cairo, GA, are at 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2015, at Pine Level Baptist Church, Cairo, GA. Rev. Jim Weaver will officiate. Services will conclude at the church. Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mr. Harrell passed away at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.

Active pallbearers will be Jeffrey Harrell, Chris Harrell, Michael Butler, Tim Rehberg, R. J. Driver and Kenneth Hale. Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Hicks, Lamar Hale, Larry Bach, Evert Pearce and Steve Smith.

Mr. Harrell was born on March 10, 1952, in Cairo, GA, to the late Edward O. Harrell and Agnes West Harrell, who survives. On June 3, 2012, he married Treasa McDuffee Harrell, who survives. He worked as a fabricator for Evoqua Water Technologies. He was a member of Pine Level Baptist Church.

Survivors include: wife, Treasa McDuffee Harrell of Cairo, GA; daughter, Jessica Harrell Milton (Alex) of Gainesville, FL; grandson, Thomas Milton of Gainesville, FL; step-sons, Richard Drummond of Marietta, GA, Randall Drummond (Nadine) of Cairns, Australia; step-daughter, Melissa Hunt (Royce) of Dallas, GA; 9 step-grandchildren; mother, Agnes W. Harrell of Cairo, GA; sister, Phyllis Driver (Randy) of Waycross, GA; brothers, Roger Harrell (Sarita) of Cairo, GA, Jeffrey Harrell (Latrea) of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward O. Harrell.

The family will receive friends at Pine Level Baptist Church on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m, the funeral hour.
