Dianne Renee Koon

A family sponsored memorial service for Dianne Renee Koon, 57, of Cairo, GA, will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the home of Gary W. Koon, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Koon passed away at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, on Sunday, March 27, 2016.

Mrs. Koon was born on July 22, 1958, in Niagara Falls, NY, to the late Donald M Alcorn and Helen J. Doucet Alcorn, who survives. On August 23, 1980, she married Gary W. Koon, who survives. She was retired as a quality control specialist with Constar Plastics. She was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include: husband, Gary W. Koon of Cairo, GA; daughter, Brittany M Zimmermann (Rick) of Lithia, FL; Christopher W. Koon (Gabrielle) of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Eric Zimmermann, Brian Zimmermann, Alexis Zimmermann, Jordan Zimmermann, Emma Zimmermann, all of Lithia, FL; Bradley Koon, Clint Koon, Addison Koon, all of Cairo, GA; and her mother, Helen J. Alcorn of Cairo, GA.

She was preceded in death by her father, Donald M. Alcorn and a brother, Danny Alcorn.
