Edna Faye Colvin
March 9, 1948 – April 14, 2024

Funeral services for Edna Faye Colvin, 76, of Whigham, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Jeff Ezell will officiate.  Interment will be in Curtis F. Colvin Family Cemetery in Whigham.  Mrs. Colvin passed away at her home on Sunday, April 14, 2024.

Active pallbearers will be her grandsons and sons-in-law.

Mrs. Colvin was born on March 9, 1948, in Camilla, GA, to the late Clifford Bronwood Maxwell, Sr. and Mattie Katherine Crowe.  On June 6, 1967, she married Curtis Franklin Colvin, who survives.  She was a homemaker.

Survivors include: her husband, Curtis Colvin of Whigham, GA; children, Marsha Cliett (Joe) of Branson, MO, Bonnie Denise Colvin of Whigham, GA, Jewel Colvin Wilson of Granby, CO, Gloria Faye Maxwell (Jerry) of Cairo, GA, Cindy Colvin of Whigham, GA; grandchildren, Nick, Dawson (Madison), Jacob, Crystal (Garrett), Caitlan, Jessica, Reagan; great-grandchildren, Kai, Kira, Kayden; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her son, Robin Colvin; and her brothers, Landron Maxwell, Lynwood Maxwell and Eugene Maxwell.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Friday, April 19, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
