Edward Ray Hester

Memorial services for Edward Ray Hester, 38, of Cairo, GA, will be hosted by the family at 12:00 p.m., Noon, Saturday, August 24, 2019, at Our Father’s House, 165 Midway Road, Cairo, GA. Rev. Ricky Pearson will officiate. Services will conclude at the church. Mr. Hester passed away at his home in Grady County, GA, on Thursday, August 15, 2019.

Mr. Hester was born on January 30, 1981, in Cairo, GA, to Rayford Hester and Judy Deal Hester. He was a stonemason in the construction industry. He was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: his father, Rayford Hester (Nancy) of Cairo, GA; sister, Samantha Parker (Jesus) of Cairo, GA; brothers, Michael Hester of Cairo, GA, Patrick Hester of Cairo, GA, Rodney Hester of Cairo, GA, Tony Hester (Tobi) of Crawfordville, FL; his girlfriend, Marsha Denmark of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
