Memorial services for Erma Jane Prudhoe Harper, 84, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Magnolia Place of Cairo, 1710 South Broad Street, Cairo, GA. Rev. Eric Mitchell will officiate. Services will conclude at Magnolia Place. Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Harper passed away at Magnolia Place of Cairo, GA, on Thursday, July 28, 2016.
Mrs. Harper was born on June 4, 1932, in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, to the late Lazarus Benjamin Prudhoe and Edith Rogers Prudhoe. On August 20, 1977, she married Billy Ray Harper, Sr., who preceded her in death on November 9, 2002. She retired from Southern Bell as a telephone operator. She was a member of the Woodland United Methodist Church. She enjoyed spending time with friends, family, and the Cairo Senior Center.
Survivors include: her children, Vicinda Lee Harry of Jacksonville, FL, Roxanne Harris (Jack) of Miami, FL, Lloyd Alvin Harry, Jr. of Draper, UT; and 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; sons, Wade Lane Harry, II, Vincent Dee Harry; and her sisters, Gladys P. Harding, Ruth P. Gassen.

The family will receive friends at Magnolia Place of Cairo immediately following the memorial service.
