Funeral services for Frank Minjarez, Jr., 23, of Cairo, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 17, 2017, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Spencer Wilson will officiate. Mr. Minjarez passed away at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, on Wednesday, September 13, 2017.
Mr. Minjarez was born on July 29, 1994, in Thomasville, GA, to Frank Minjarez, Sr. and Samantha Benford. On August 29, 2015, he married Leandra Sue Sawyer Minjarez, who survives. He was employed in construction with Cades Construction.
Survivors include: his wife, Leandra Sue Minjarez of Cairo, GA; father, Frank Minjarez, Sr., step-mother, Cindy Minjarez, of Thomasville, GA; mother, Samantha Benford of Cairo, GA; mother-in-law, Christa Shiver of Thomasville, GA; stepfather-in-law, Horace Hunter of Thomasville, GA; sister, Alicia Cade (Jonathan) of Thomasville, GA, Monica Lynn Minjarez of Immokalee, FL, Marisa Myra Minjarez of Thomasville, GA, Rylee Kaye Benford of Cairo, GA; brothers, Fenly Minjarez (Corina) of Thomasville, GA, Christopher Craig Alsandor of Cairo, GA, Frank Minjarez III of Immokalee, FL, Phillip Chance Grim of Cairo, GA; brother-in-law, Eric Sawyer, Cairo, GA; grandparents, Bennie J.
