Geraldine Cliett “Gerri” Miller

Funeral services for Geraldine Cliett “Gerri” Miller, 89, of Whigham, GA, are at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 27, 2018, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Elder Thad Marshall and Elder Tony Marshall will officiate. Services will conclude at the chapel. Interment will be in Tired Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Whigham, GA. Mrs. Miller passed away at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, on Friday, May 25, 2018.

Mrs. Miller was born on December 5, 1928, in Cairo, GA, to the late Joseph H. Cliett and Carrie Williams Cliett. On November 17, 1950, she married Thomas Clint Miller, who preceded her in death on May 27, 2007. Mrs. Gerri was a loving homemaker who cared very deeply for her family. She worked most of her life beside her husband on the family farm in Whigham and was a very faithful member to the Tired Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

Survivors include: brother-in-law, St. Elmo Harrison of Whigham, GA; sister-in-law, Pearl Cliett of Cairo, GA; and nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; brothers, Kater Cliett, Roscoe Cliett, Milton Cliett, Murray Cliett, Ray Cliett; and sisters, Rosa Lee Willis, Beatrice Singletary, Alma Harrell, Kathryn Harrison.
