Glenda Wisham Hollingsworth

Memorial services for Glenda Wisham Hollingsworth, 71, of Cairo, GA, are at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 26, 2017, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Jeff Bray will officiate. Interment will be in Trinity Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Hollingsworth passed away at the Pelham Parkway Nursing Home in Pelham, GA, on November 23, 2017.

Mrs. Hollingsworth was born on August 3, 1946, in Camilla, GA, to the late Warner Lamar Wisham and Lorena West Wisham, who survives. On September 1, 1962, she married Robert Leverne Hollingsworth, Sr., who preceded her in death on December 6, 2004. She was a bookkeeper with the Western Auto Store in Cairo. She was a member of the Trinity Primitive Baptist Church.

Survivors include: her son, Robert “Bobby” L. Hollingsworth, Jr. of Camilla, GA; grandchildren, Lani Hollingsworth White (Thomas) of Stockbridge, GA, Katie Hollingsworth of Valdosta, GA, Leah Hollingsworth of Valdosta, GA; mother, Lorena West Wisham of Cairo, GA; sister, Peggy Muliford of Cairo, GA; brother, Ricky Wisham (Nancy) of Cairo, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She was preceded in death by: her father; her husband; and a brother, Steve “Buddy” L. Wisham.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Sunday, November 26, 2017, immediately following the memorial service.
