Guy Neal Watts
March 15, 1955 – January 27, 2023

Graveside funeral services for Guy Neal Watts, 67, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2023, in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Rev. Scott Alvis will officiate.  Mr. Watts passed away at his home on Friday, January 27, 2023.

Mr. Watts was born on March 15, 1955, in Cairo, GA, to the late Ermon Lee Watts and Christine Ferrell Watts.  On July 9, 1977, he married Paula Tyson Watts, who preceded him in death on November 20, 2020.  They were married for 43 years.  Until his retirement, Neal worked with Coates and Clark in Thomasville.  He was a member of Crossroads Church in Beachton.

Survivors include: son, Daniel Watts of Cairo, GA; brothers, Lee Watts (Wylene) of Atlanta, GA, Wesley Watts of Jacksonville, FL; brother-in-law, Tommy Tyson (Cathy) of Lakeland, FL; nieces, Heather Culverhouse of Bartow, FL, April Clements of Lakeland, FL, Lindsey Obermeier of Parish, FL, Cristie Watts Bertrand of Wesley Chapel, FL, Melissa Watts Mancill of Vancouver, WA, Jonathan Watts of Tallahassee, FL; and 8 great-nieces and great-nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.
