Herschel Brandon Weaver

Funeral services for Herschel Brandon Weaver, 26, of Whigham, GA, are at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 3, 2019, at the Climax Baptist Church, Climax, GA. Rev. Mike Albritton will officiate. Private family interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Climax, GA. Mr. Weaver passed away at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, on Tuesday, February 26, 2019.

Active pallbearers will be Richard Maxwell, Stephan Berry, Harley Hodge, Paul Maxwell, John Massey and Allen Huckeba.

Mr. Weaver was born on February 12, 1993, in Bainbridge, GA, to Randy Weaver and Sherry Haire Weaver. On November 7, 2015, he married Erin Gibson Weaver, who survives. He was the parts and service coordinator at the Ag-Pro Company of Bainbridge. He was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include: his wife, Erin Gibson Weaver of Whigham, GA; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Derek and Kitty Gibson of Climax, GA; his parents, Randy and Sherry Weaver of Brinson, GA; sisters, Zoey Hodge (Harley) of Brinson, GA, Tiffany Massey (John) of Houston, TX, Ashley Weaver of Houston, TX, Kathern Wooton of Hazard, KY; grandparents, Herschel and Sherry Haire of Attapulgus, GA, Leon and Barbara Weaver of Recovery, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made in Mr. Weaver’s memory to: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105; or JDRF, 53525 Piedmont Road, NE, Atlanta, GA 30305.

The family will receive friends at Climax Baptist Church on Sunday, March 3, 2019, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
