Funeral services for Jon Paul Joines, 45, of Tallahassee, FL, are at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2017, at the Calvary Baptist Church, Calvary, GA. Rev. John Vanstone will officiate. Services will conclude at the church. Interment will be in Piedmont Cemetery, Calvary, GA. Mr. Joines passed away in Tallahassee, FL, on Tuesday, November 14, 2017.

Active pallbearers will be Chris Race, Jay Main, Jim Dowling, Ara Hagopian, and Josh Self. Honorary pallbearer will be Dave Byler.

Mr. Joines was born on June 17, 1972, in Jacksonville, FL, to the late John Garland Joines and Patricia Johnson Joines, who survives. Paul was a shop foreman with Body Builders Paint and Body Inc. in Tallahassee. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Calvary, GA

Survivors include: his mother, Patricia Johnson Joines of Calvary, GA; brother, J. Price Joines and his wife, Shelly of Tallahassee, FL; longtime friend, Jennifer Brittenham of Tallahassee, FL; daughter, Brianna Wagner of Atlanta, GA; uncle, Jerry Johnson of Macclenny, FL; cousin, Tammie Johnson Valdes of Macclenny, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He was preceded in death by: his father; and grandparents, W. Perry Johnson and Mary Darsey Johnson

The family will receive friends at the Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday, November 18, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
