Funeral services for Judy Mulford Polk, 67, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at Living Hope Faith Center, Cairo, GA. Rev. Steve Singletary, Rev. Eric Mitchell, and Rev. B. B. Barwick will officiate. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Mrs. Polk passed away at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, on Friday, October 30, 2015.

Active pallbearers will be Devin Polk, Kyle Polk, Austin Polk, Kenneth Mulford, Michael Cook, and Bryan Adams. Honorary pallbearers will be Lee Monk, Craig Singletary and Young Cooper.

Mrs. Polk was born on May 14, 1948, in Pelham, GA, to the late Troy Mulford, Sr., and Eulilla Mulford. She was married to Wallace Polk, who survives. She was a homemaker, and a member of Living Hope Faith Center.

Survivors include: husband, Wallace Polk of Cairo, GA; daughters, Donna Brock (Henry) of Cairo, GA, Tracy Griffin (Jimmy) of Cairo, GA; sons, Eddie Thomas (Nova) of Cairo, GA, Wallace Polk, Jr. (Jo) of Cairo, GA; step-children, Robin Word (Mark) of Smithville, GA, Debbie Swackhammer (Johnny) of Wimauma, FL, Faye Richard (Billy) of Americus, GA, Bobby Polk (Kathy) of Arkansas; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Martha Howell of Cairo, GA, Eunice Busby of Eastpoint, FL, Patsy Venable of Cairo, GA; brother, Dewayne Mulford of Cairo, GA; a host of nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Annie Thompson and Louanna Gandy.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; sisters, Darlene Sadler, Glenda Mulford Holt; brother, Troy Mulford, Jr.; sister-in-law, Norma Jean Mulford.

Memorials may be made in Mrs. Polk’s memory to Living Hope Faith Center, Cairo, GA.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Monday, November 2, 2015, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
