Graveside services for Margie Williamson Gearhardt, 89, of Cairo, GA, are at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Pelham, GA. Elder Walter Todd will officiate. Interment will be in Mizpah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, Pelham, GA. Mrs. Gearhardt passed away at her residence, Cairo, GA, on Thursday, December 19, 2024.

Active pallbearers will be Jimmy Vickers, III, Trevor Vickers, Jonah Johnson, Jeremiah Johnson, Chad Stevens and Tylan Britt.

Mrs. Gearhardt was born on November 28, 1935, in Pelham, GA, to the late Lemuel Victor Williamson, Sr. and the late Myrtis Daughtry Williamson. She was married to Virgil L. Gearhardt, who preceded her in death on May 3, 1995. She retired from Gayfer’s after 40 years. She loved to travel and spend time with her family.

Survivors include a special nephew, Jimmy Leroy Vickers, Jr. (Brooke) of Cairo, GA; nieces, Kimberly Brickey of Box Springs, GA, Wanda Williamson of Box Springs, GA and Delores Griner of Pelham, GA; and a host of extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and brothers, Lemuel Victor Williamson, Jr. and Bobby Williamson.
