Mary Griffin Pace, 70, of Cairo, GA, passed away at her home in Cairo, GA, on Sunday, September 13, 2015. The family will have a memorial service at a later time.

Mary Griffin Pace was born on February 14, 1945, in Edison, GA, to the late Ellie Frank Griffin and Effie Melton Griffin. For many years, she was employed with Joan Ark Mills as a seamstress. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: brothers, William Griffin of Cairo, GA, Jimmy Griffin (Tracy) of Cairo, GA; sisters, Patsy Sellars (Ronald) of Cairo, GA, Jan Proctor (Buddy) of MacClenny, FL; sister-in-law, Kay Griffin of Cairo, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; husbands, Tommy Lawhorne, Wilson Pace; daughter, Tammy Lawhorne; son, Tommy Lawhorne; sister, Shirley Davis; and brothers, Frank Griffin, Jerry Griffin.
