Michael Lee Pritchett
October 18, 1946 – June 8, 2019

Memorial services for Michael Lee Pritchett, 72, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 14, 2019, at the Cairo Presbyterian Church. Rev. Becky Willis will officiate. Mr. Pritchett passed away at Grady General Hospital in Cairo, GA, on Saturday, June 8, 2019.

Mr. Pritchett was born on October 18, 1946, in Union City, TN, to the late Grover Lamar Pritchett and Inez Williams Pritchett. Michael grew up in Gadsden, AL. On Dec. 20, 2008, he married Susan Knauff Pritchett, who survives. He was an insurance adjuster, auditor and claims manager until his retirement. He was a huge Roll Tide fan. He attended the Cairo Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include: his wife, Susan Knauff Pritchett of Cairo, GA; sister, Judy Sauer of LaGrange, GA; Pathway children, Kimberly Roach (Charles) of Honolulu, HI, Marlena Reif (Dustin) of Seneca, SC, Justin Kincaid of Colorado Springs, CO; and grandchildren, Grace Roach, Allie Roach, both of Honolulu, HI, Kami Reif, Cooper Reif, both of Seneca, SC. Michael was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mr. Pritchett’s memory to: Halcyon Home for Battered Women, Inc., P. O. Box 1838, Thomasville, GA 31799; or the Cairo Presbyterian Church, P. O. Box 207, Cairo, GA 39828.

The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
