Nancy Joiner Beasley
February 6, 1943 – June 1, 2024

Funeral services for Nancy Joiner Beasley, 81, of Donalsonville, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at Salem Seminole Baptist Church, 2785 Joel Poole Road, Donalsonville, GA 39845.  Rev. David Roland will officiate.  Private interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, GA.  Mrs. Beasley passed away at the Early Memorial Nursing Home in Blakely, GA, on Saturday morning, June 1, 2024.

Active pallbearers will be Jimmy Beasley, Marcus Beasley, Robert Beasley, Barry Gainous, Leon Gainous, Roger Gainous and Tommy Stevenson.

Mrs. Beasley was born on February 6, 1943, in Cairo, GA, to the late Leonard B. Joiner and Lila M. Rich Joiner.  On January 25, 1963, she married Leslie Lamar Beasley, who preceded her in death on April 26, 2021.  They were married for 58 years.  Nancy worked with Ithaca Industries until her retirement.  She was a member of Salem Seminole Baptist Church in Donalsonville.        

Survivors include her children, Dee Dee Holley (Michael) of Woodville, FL, Michael Beasley (Debra) of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Shelly Patterson of Cairo, GA, Heather Holley of Tallahassee, FL; great-grandchildren, Brayden Williamson, Austin Patterson, Delilah Patterson, Destiny Patterson, Ava Patterson, all of Cairo, GA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Velma Louise Garner; and a nephew, Anthony Joel Larabee.
