Graveside funeral services for Rhonda Renee Howell Jones, 59, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 8, 2021, in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery, Pelham, GA.  Rev. Ricky Pearson will officiate.  Ms. Jones passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 3, 2021.

Ms. Jones was born on December 8, 1961, in Cairo, GA, to the late Raymond Morrison Howell and Luva Rebecca Harper Howell.  She worked as a receptionist at the Florida Lottery.  She was a member of Our Father’s House in Cairo.

Survivors include: her significant other, Doug Mowery of Cairo, GA; son, Jesse Ray Jones (Jessica) of Cairo, GA; brother, Stephen Howell (Sheila) of Cairo, GA; sisters, Jeanne Melnick (John) of Pelham, GA, Libbie Brown of Colquitt, GA, Donna Howell of Jacksonville, FL, Lynda Mosley (Bruce) of Jacksonville, FL; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; brother, David Howell; and a sister, Janet De Morest.
