Thomas R. Solomon

Thomas R. Solomon, 58, of Cairo, GA, passed away at his sister’s home in Grady County, GA, on Friday, June 2, 2017. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Mr. Solomon was born on September 28, 1958, in Stuart, FL, to the late Allen G. Solomon and Dorice Helen Orr Solomon. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a retired auto mechanic. He was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include: sisters, Dorice Timmons of Cairo, GA, Sandra McMullen of Cairo, GA, Rose Strickland of Thomasville, GA, Elenora Mary Solomon of Andalusia, AL; brothers, John Solomon of Sand Lake, MI, Michael Solomon of Cairo, GA; special friend, Jeff Mobley; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; brother, Allen Solomon, Jr., James Solomon, Alfred Solomon; sister, Cathy Moses.
