Timothy Lee Bennett, 54, of Whigham, GA, passed away at his home on Monday, February 3, 2025. Private family interment will be in Pleasant Grove Community Cemetery, Cairo, GA.

Mr. Bennett was born on October 12, 1970, in Fairhope, AL, to the late James Robert Bennett, Sr. and Ina Joan Thrift Bennett. He was a metal fabricator.

Survivors include: his children, Timothy Lee Bennett, Jr. (Brittany) of Bristol, FL, Kristin Bennett of Bristol, FL; grandchildren, Robert Snyder, Jameson Bennett, Kenzie Bennett, Abel Hill, Presley Hill, all of Bristol, FL; brother, James Robert Bennett, Jr. (Sara) of Cairo, GA; sisters, Velda Simpson (DeWayne) of Cairo, GA, Gail Williams (Vick) of Cairo, GA, Debra Robertson (Dean) of Pelham, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews and a host of extended family.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Joseph Bennett, Leslie Bennett.
