Funeral services for Torie Lynn Polk Hawkins, 39, of Whigham, GA, are at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Rev. Felicia Pearson will officiate. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Whigham, GA. Mrs. Hawkins passed away at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee, FL, on Monday, June 12, 2017.

Active pallbearers will be Brooks Hopkins, Blake Williams, Sean Thompson, Avery Thompson and Gregory Blackburn.

Mrs. Hawkins was born on January 30, 1978, in Thomasville, GA, to the late Randall Lynn Polk and Deborah Diane Collins Polk. On Sept 10, 2016, she married Charles Hawkins, who survives. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include: her husband, Charles Hawkins of Whigham, GA; daughter, Kaitlyn Freeman of Whigham, GA; son, Kalib Freeman of Whigham, GA; mother, Deborah Diane Polk of Whigham, GA; brother, Christopher Polk (Melinda Kay) of Ochlocknee, GA; and nephews, John Randall Polk, Christopher Allen “CJ” Polk, Jr., Kaleb Sweet, all of Ochlocknee, GA; aunt, Sheila Williams (Dennis) of Thomasville, GA; uncle, Lanice Collins (Teresa) of Thomasville, GA; cousins, Allison and Blake Williams both of Thomasville, GA. She was preceded in death by her father; grandmother, Betty Jean Taylor.
