Velinda Pollock Huffman

Velinda Pollock Huffman, 67, of Eatonton, GA, passed away at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA, on Monday, July 26, 2021.  The family will have a private memorial service.

Ms. Huffman was born on November 3, 1953, in Pelham, GA, to the late Charlie Floyd Pollock and Myrtice Ilene Nelms Pollock.  She worked as a seamstress with several local firms including Coates and Clark and Ithaca Industries until her retirement due to health issues.  She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: children, Kiashia Robertson of Thomasville, GA, Michael Huffman (Betty) of Boston, GA, Bradley Scott Huffman of Boston, GA, Steven Lamount of Thomasville, GA; grandchildren, Kera Lynn Short, Willow Cole, Dontay Everett, Chiann Huffman, Bradley Huffman, Michael Huffman, Scotty Ray Huffman, Francessica Huffman; 5 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Shane Cole of Thomasville, GA; sister, Mama Pam Fincher of Eatonton, GA; and a brother-in-law, Steve Wilson of Whigham, GA.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; and sisters, Jannie Wilson, Martha Johns Mobley.
