Funeral services for Wenndy Powe Morris, 70, of Cairo, GA, are at 11:00 a.m., Monday, April 14, 2025, at the Chapel of Clark Funeral Home, Cairo, GA. Pastor Randall Hines will officiate. Services will conclude at the chapel. Private interment will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Cairo, GA. Ms. Morris passed away at her home on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Lobzun, Erik Lobzun, Ronald Johnson, Laderrick William and Randy Johnson.

Ms. Morris was born on October 13, 1954, in Cairo, GA, to the late Bennie Powe and Mary Bowles Powe. She retired as a quality control specialist with the Koyo Corporation.

Wenndy was a strong independent woman. She helped others become independent. She was a giver and loved helping people. She had many friends. Family was always first. Her children and grandchildren were her everything! She loved monkeys and grapes.

Survivors include: her mother, Mary Powe of Cairo, GA; children, Bridget Pyles (Micky) of Cairo, GA, Dexter Morris (Samantha) of Cairo, GA; grandchildren, Haley Bentley (Trey) of Pelham, GA, Naomi Morris of Cairo, GA, Nyla Morris, Nadia Morris, both of Whigham, GA; great-grandchild, Ny’Meara Morris of Cairo, GA; brother, Sheldon Powe of Calvary, GA; best friend, Annette Riffle; and special friends, Moe Bogan, Mary Murray. The family wants to extend their gratitude to caregiver, Marsha Dollar, for her loving care of Wenndy.

She was preceded in death by: her father, Bennie Powe; brother, Earl Powe; and a sister-in-law, Diana Susan Powe.

The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Monday, April 14, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
